Havenly Living is a boutique property management company based in Quarteira, at the heart of the Algarve's Golden Triangle. We were founded on a simple belief — that property owners deserve more than the industry has traditionally offered. More transparency, more structure, and a local partner who is consistently available when it matters.
Our Founder
Robert Halldén —
building what he wished existed.
As a Swede who has called the Algarve home for over a decade, Robert Halldén brings both an outsider's perspective and a local's knowledge — understanding exactly what northern European property owners expect from a management partner, and where the Algarve market so often falls short of those expectations.
Before founding Havenly Living, Robert spent over a decade in the Algarve — first in property sales, advising international buyers across the Golden Triangle for both private and investment purposes, then on the management side of those same properties. That experience gave him a direct view of what owners needed but rarely found: a management partner who understood the investment, not just the logistics. That network extends beyond management — Robert brings with him established contacts across cleaning and property maintenance, ensuring every property under Havenly Living's care is serviced to a consistent, vetted standard.
