Additional Fees
Cleaning costs are charged to guests as part of the booking. The coordination fee covers the scheduling, quality oversight, and on-site presence provided each time — so you never have to manage a cleaner, chase a contractor, or be present for a repair. All fees are exclusive of IVA, where applicable.
Long-Term Partnership
Built for Long-Term Partnerships.
Havenly Living rewards long-term relationships with a permanent reduction to your commission rate. The discount is applied once reached and never removed.
Years 1–3
Your agreed commission rate applies from day one.
Years 4–6
A permanent 2% reduction applied to your commission rate.
Year 7+
Maximum reduction. Your rate is permanently fixed at this level.
Minimum commission thresholds of 15% (apartments) and 20% (villas) apply to ensure consistent service quality. All commissions are calculated on net rental income and are exclusive of IVA (23%).
